and sell their work online. Since its launch in 2012, Tappan has
successfully democratized the art scene for a digital generation,
fostering the careers of emerging artists by giving them an online
platform to sell their work, tell their story and reach collectors
worldwide. Chelsea caught up with Michael and Alli to talk about
how she went from student to Millennial founder, setting out to
create a platform to connect collectors to emerging artists around
the globe, and the breaking down barriers within the insular art
